Remote Gate Control Cabinet

TB-GAT
1) Manual operation of the gate hoist, i.e. gate rise, stop, gate drop, remote/local selection, power on, emergency stop and other operations.
2) Positioning operation of the gate hoist: input the gate opening position through the human-machine interface HMI, start the operation, and the gate will reach the specified position.
3) The remote gate control cabinet communicates with the main station cabinet and communicates with the main station through TCP/IP.
4) The gate position meter is connected to the gate through a wire rope to read the gate position data in real time.
5) The remote gate control cabinet has its own motor protection and can directly drive the gate motor.
Remote operation of the sluice gate and the control room
The communication between the control room and the main station cabinet adopts optical fiber communication. On the one hand, the communication speed is fast, and on the other hand, lightning interference is reduced to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
Remote sluice gate monitoring system
Usually, the reservoir flood discharge gate only needs remote gate control and monitoring. A remote sluice gate monitoring system can be selected. It consists of a monitoring computer, a remote gate control cabinet, and a monitoring system, as shown below:

Automatic monitoring system for sluice gates
For river-blocking sluice gates, It’s the best way to use an automatic monitoring system for sluice gates, which consists of a monitoring management computer, a sluice gate master station cabinet, a remote sluice gate control cabinet, and a monitoring system.
It is mainly used to collect information such as the upstream and downstream water levels, rainfall, and the positions and flows of each sluice gate. Each sluice gate can be remotely operated, and the sluice gate can also be automatically controlled based on the water and rainfall information. The data information of the sluice gate is automatically recorded by the system every five minutes. The above information can be queried on the monitoring management computer, and the daily, monthly, and annual reports of the sluice gate operation can be printed.
